Selfie Order Terms:

• Once your order is placed, your selected actor will begin working on your selfie if your submission meets our terms. If your submission doesn’t meet our terms, we will let you know and ask you to update certain details to meet our terms.

• Script Length Terms: The maximum length of a script is 200 words, if you provide a script with more than 200 words, we will ask you to send a shorter one.

• Script Content Terms: Your script may not contain any of the following:

  • Sexually suggestive or provocative language.

  • Discriminatory, sexist, or racist language. 

  • Exploitative, controversial, or distressing language. 

  • Foul, vulgar or obscene language. 

  • Impersonation of another person.

  • Unauthorized endorsement or references to celebrities without receiving their permission. 

  • Disclosure of personal or private information. 

  • Encouragement of illegal activities. 

  • Opinionated political language. 

    • If your script contains any of the above content, we will reach out to you for a revised script that follows the terms. 

• Product Selfies:

  • With Product Selfies your selected actor will feature your product in their video. They will show your product in frame appropriately or according to your instructions. If you would like the product to be demonstrated in a certain way, please provide instructions.

  • With Unboxing Selfies your selected actor will unbox your product as instructed while reading your provided script.

  • Products such as drinks or foods may never be consumed by the actor. Additionally products such as makeup may not be applied by the actor directly to their skin.

  • Accessory products such as glasses or hats can be worn by the actor.

  • With Product Selfies you’ll receive information on where to ship your product after booking.

  • If you need other items featured with your product they should also be shipped with your product. We cannot guarantee actors having needed specific accessories.

  • Your video will be delivered four to five business days after your product is received.

  • Products will not be shipped back to you.

• Revisions and Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the video you received, email contact@hesdex.com. If the actor made an error recording your provided script, selected delivery options were not included, or video/audio quality did not match the sample video, we will produce a revised video fixing the issues for no additional charge. Changes may not be made to the script or other order options after the order is placed. Refunds may not be issued after the order is received unless the delivery is incomplete.

• Hesdex and/or the selected actor has the right to not produce a video for you without providing a reason. If we are not able to produce your video, we will issue a full refund. If we are not able to produce your video, you will be informed within 1 business day after the order is placed. If an actor is not available we will reach out to you with alternate options which may include selecting another actor or requesting a refund.

Video Ownership Terms:

• Your video may be published or placed on any platform(s) and advertised in any form(s) as long as the subject of the advertisement does not deviate from the terms above or change the context of the video. You may post and advertise your video for up to two years after the video is delivered. After two years the video may no longer be posted or advertised.

• We encourage adding elements to your selfies that will enhance the advertisement. Again, added elements, edits, and effects, may not change the context of the advertisement or deviate from the terms above.

Subscription Terms:

• After joining a subscription, you will receive access to a form to submit details for your Selfies. These details will include actor selection and scripting. The terms above apply. Order details must be provided individually.

• Standard Selfies will be delivered 4-5 business days after the details are provided. If you order a Product Selfie, you will receive information on where to ship your product. Product Selfies are delivered 4-5 business days after the product is received. See Product Selfies terms above.

• Subscription plans will renew automatically unless canceled.

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If canceled, all deliveries that have been customized will still be sent. You will not be able to submit details for Selfies after your subscription is canceled.

• If you do not submit details for all of your Selfies before your next billing cycle, they will roll over and can be customized at any time. If you cancel your subscription you will not be able to customize Selfies that you have not already submitted details for.
