General

• Hesdex may list you on its platform so you can be booked by customers. Hesdex will list your first name and last initial. Hesdex will list your selfie photo and sample video.

• If booked, you acknowledge that you will have three days to record and submit the customer’s script in both landscape and portrait orientations.

• You will be notified via email and text when you receive an order.

• Failure to complete an order within three days will result in permanent removal from the platform.

• If the script is read incorrectly, or the video is not recorded according to the instructions, you may be required to record the order again.

• You will be paid $20 for each order you complete correctly. Compensation will never be lower than $20 but may increase over time.

• The script provided is property of the customer. Other than submitting the order to Hesdex, the videos you record may not be distributed elsewhere without permission from Hesdex.

• The customer will be able to distribute the video for up to two years after it is delivered. They are prohibited from changing the context of the video in any way.

• If you would like to be removed from the platform, you can be taken off at any time by contacting madison@hesdex.com. Any outstanding orders still must be completed and you will be compensated for them.

Product Selfies

• By enrolling in the optional Product Selfies you agree that products may be delivered to your address.

• Your address will never be shared publicly.

• If booked, verified clients will be shipping their product directly to you. Only verified clients that book you will receive your shipping information.

• Orders must be completed three days after the product is received.

• You will be receiving products for free and may keep them for as long as you’d like.
